Tavolo Pronto Dinner Menu: July 18-20 and July 25-27, 2019  6:00-10:00pm

SPINACH , STRAWBERRIES & MOLITERNO SALAD  $14 Sweet strawberries, baby spinach, onions & toasted walnuts tossed with aged balsamico & olive oil, topped with moliterno shavings. 

PRONTO SALAD  $13 Romaine, mesclun, fennel, carrots, onions, cucumber, orange & red peppers, tossed with citrus vinaigrette & topped with ricotta salata.   

MELANZANE PARMIGIANO $14 Grilled eggplant medallions topped with roasted plum tomato, fresh ricotta, mozzarella cheese & parmigiano.

SAUSAGE RAGU OVER POLENTA  $15 Sauteed sweet Italian sausages, carrots, onions, garlic, celery & tomatoes, finished with white wine & served over polenta.   

GRILLED PIZZA SPECIAL  $16  Grilled pizza with sautéed broccoli rabe, shrimp, roasted tomato, black olives, roasted peppers & fresh mozzarella.   

LOBSTER RAVIOLI ALLA POSILLIPPO  $27  Homemade ravioli with lobster stuffing, served with creamy sauce made with shallots, leeks, cream & shrimp. 

LINGUINE BASILICAT  $24  Sauteed sweet Italian sausages with garlic, basil, white wine , Italian long hot peppers, and parmigiano cheese tossed with linguine pasta .

SHRIMP MARSALA SICILIAN STYLEO  $28  Large shrimp sautéed & tossed with roasted fennel, pinenuts, grape tomatoes, onions, raisins & celery, finished with marsala wine over percatelli pasta.

SALMON WITH HORSERADISH CRUST  $27  Sauteed filet of salmon topped with horseradish crust & finished with garlic lemon sauce, served over broccoli rabe & roasted potatoes.

FLOUNDER FRANCAISE  $24 Fresh flounder fillet, dipped in egg batter & sautéed with olive oil, finished with lemon wine sauce & served with sautéed spinach & risotto croquette.

HALIBUT WITH ESCAROLE   $32 Pan seared halibut fillet served over sauteed escarole, cherry tomatoes, and butter beans topped with basil pesto. 

CHICKEN MILANESE WITH ARUGULA SALAD   $22  Boneless chicken breast, breaded & sautéed with olive oil & topped with baby arugula, avocado, cucumbers, grape tomatoes & red onion salad, tossed with lemon & black olive tapenade dressing. 

PORK CHOP ALLA PIZZIOLA  $29 Pan seared French cut 14oz pork chop and finished with fresh pomodoro sauce, peas and pancetta served with sauteed baby spinach and roasted potatoes.

FILET MIGNON WITH GORGONZOLA  $36  10 oz. filet mignon, seared & topped with gorgonzola cheese, cooked to perfection & served with grilled asparagus & roasted Tuscan potatoes.
