SPINACH , STRAWBERRIES & MOLITERNO SALAD Sweet strawberries, baby spinach, onions & toasted walnuts tossed with aged balsamico & olive oil & topped with moliterno shavings.   $14       

PIZZA WITH CRAB MEAT & SHRIMP Classic pizza topped with San Marzano tomatoes, sautéed shrimps, crab meat, fresh mozzarella, diced potatoes & baby arugula   $183   

LINGUINI ALLA BASILICATA  Sauteed sweet Italian sausage, garlic, basil, white wine & long hot peppers tossed with linguini pasta & parmigiano cheese.  $21   

HALF CHICKEN MARSALA Roasted half chicken finished with mushrooms, marsala sauce & served with mashed potatoes & grilled asparagus.   $22 

CHICKEN SALTIMBOCCA  Chicken breast, pounded and sautéed in olive oil, topped with sautéed spinach, prosciutto and fresh mozzarella and finished with marsala sauce and roasted potatoes. $24

PORK CHOP VINEGAR PEPPERS French-cut pork chop, pan seared and finished with onions, garlic, vinegar peppers and white wine sauce, served with grilled asparagus & roasted potatoes. $28 

Pork Chop with Black Pepper Crust  16 oz. French-cut pork chop, pan-seared & cooked to perfection, finished with marsala wine & orange sauce & served with spinach & potatoes. $28 

RED SNAPPER  WITH ARUGULA & BALSAMICO Pan-seared red snapper fillet, finished with cream of balsamico & served with arugula, avocado & tomato salad. $25
